Once you fill the base with sand or water, you have plenty of counterweight to practice slam dunks. It’s easy to adjust between the six different height settings depending what you want to do. You can lower the hoop to 230cm for a little fun and practise or raise it to the regulation height of 305cm so you can really play like the pros.
