Hoist creates with the multi gym V3 a reduced alternative for the Hoist V5. TheHoist multi gym V3 contains the approved free rope pull combination lat-pull, middle rope pull, and deep rope pull - like the V5. The V3 contains also the well-known ultra-light curl and lat-pull bars. In contrast to the High-End Station V5, the V3 has a simpler leg curl and a 3-D chest press. The Hoist power station V3 is perfectly equipped by its variety for a large-scale power training. The Hoist power station V3 can optionally be supplemented by a leg press for a specialized training of the leg muscles.
The rope pulls of the V3 allow completely free movements in each direction by means of different connectable grips or loops and long wires. The effect of the resistance can be freely influenced and is very well controlable. The lat-pull bar as well as the curl bar are made of especially light aluminium. Nevertheless, they are very solid.
