The high quality elliptical Horizon Andes 509 offers almost all you can expect of a good exercise bike. Horizon Fitness ellipticals are developed on the basis of the ergonomy of the user. An upright and joint-gentle motion reduces the stress on the back, shoulders and knees.

Having a large step length and a small pedal distance of less than 10cm, it simulates an authentic running motion. 16 training programs support the comfortable motion and the workout is real fun. The training programs include among others two pulse controlled, one watt controlled, three user and two game programs as well as the Fit-test and a level test. The elliptical Horizon Andes 509, independent on speed, is adjustable from 25-400 watt in 5-watt-steps. The heart rate is indicated by hand pulse sensors or by the integrated receiver with an optional chest transmitter. QUICKcontrol-buttons offer a fast and uncomplicated change of the settings. Plus-Minus-buttons are integrated in the arm poles and allow a comfortable training control - the workout has not be interrupted because of having to change settings.

Besides the Blue-Backlit LCD-display, the motion-dynamic Pedal APS - Adjustable Pivoting System is another highlight of the Horizon Andes 509. The flexible pedals adjust to the angle of the foot position and have a supporting effect for a soft and elliptical motion. By means of an integrated USB-interface, the item can be connected with a pc. This offers software updates and simplifies technical inspections. A teleanimation software (optional) can also be used and animated tours close to reality can be simulated.

In case you do not use the elliptical Horizon Andes 509 - the COMPACTfold system reduces the storage space about approximately 50 %, the large transport rollers allow an easy transport.
