Basketball

A Basketball si gioca non solo in NBA o nelle grandi palestre, ma anche nei piccoli circoli e a casa la Basketball é sempre piú amata. Ci sono molti motivi per cui il trendsport americano é cosí adorato. Le Stars della Basketball in NBA come LeBron James o Dirk Nowitzki attirano naturalmente molte persone. Quel che conta peró é che la Basketball é uno sport che non necessita di molto ma che fa divertire da matti. Per cominciare sono necessari solo una palla ed un canestro.

Basketball: divertimento, gioco e sport

Tre cose in una. La Basketball é semplicemente divertente. Non manca mai la voglia di fare un paio di tiri al canestro. Fare centro peró é un po' piú difficile. Durante il gioco ci si puó misurare con gli amici a chi segna per primo 3 punti o con altri circoli durante una gara. Qui entra in gioco l'aspetto sportivo. La Basketball richiede in eguale misura resistenza, coordinazione e velocitá . Anche la forza di salto ed un corpo muscoloso, per poter prevalere davanti al canestro, non fanno male se si vuole poter competere con gli altri.

Semplicemente fit con la Basketball

La Basketball esercita il Fitness richiedendo la partecipazione del corpo intero, che con la Basketball é sempre sotto tensione. Il tiro al canestro allena gli occhi e la coordinazione mentre, attraverso le sequenze di gioco veloci, reazione e velocitá migliorano. Tutto quello di cui c'é bisogno é di una palla e di un canestro. Questo puó essere un canestro da montare alla parete oppure un canestro eretto per principianti. Ai giocatori piú esigenti e che vogliono raggiungere un obiettivo consigliamo naturalmente degli impianti eretti speciali, come ad es. il Reebok canestro da Basket con piede di sostegno.
